Francis Teo is a technology entrepreneur, enterprise architect, AI strategist and ecosystem builder with more than two decades of experience delivering digital transformation initiatives across government agencies, multinational corporations and private enterprises.
Throughout his career, Francis has led the development of enterprise software platforms, digital transformation programmes, AI commercialization initiatives, smart city solutions, digital twin technologies and intelligent automation projects spanning multiple industries.
Recognizing that Artificial Intelligence is reshaping every sector of the economy, he established AI Association Global to build a collaborative ecosystem that accelerates AI adoption throughout Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, the Association focuses on connecting international technology providers with governments, universities and enterprises while creating platforms that enable practical AI deployment.
Francis is also the driving force behind the AI Robotics Gallery, an initiative that enables businesses, educators, students and policymakers to experience emerging AI and robotics technologies in a real-world environment.
His vision is to make Southeast Asia a leading destination for AI innovation by fostering international partnerships, supporting entrepreneurship, nurturing AI talent and helping organizations adopt transformative technologies that create measurable economic impact.
